Reign; Season 1, Episodes 5 & 6

You won't believe that I'm seeing Reign series for the second time! I just cant let go of this really interesting series. Anyway, I will let you all in on whats going on in frary's lives (mary and francis) of course, those are the most important people in the movie

In episode 5, Francis reunites with an ex(who witnessed the death of her driver and friend while on her way to french court), causing Mary to turn to Bash. Many believes she brings the dangers of the woods
with her. Mary (Adelaide Kane) seeks comfort in Bash (Torrance Coombs) after having an argument with Francis because he wasn't willing to send Olivia off to Paris. Bash is threatened by heretics for interfering with a sacred blood rite (while trying to save olvia's driver from the woods). Meanwhile, Aylee (Jenessa Grant) is forced to spy on Mary when Queen Catherine (Megan Follows) blackmails her. Olivia speaks to Mary in a tone that shows she is in French court for a specific reason which is to win the heart of Francis. After some scenes, it was revealed that Catherine was behind her return.

Episode 6 was quite tensed with some interesting revelations. Mary is being stalked by the pagans of Bloodwood, who mark her as their next sacrifice if Bash does not choose a replacement. A pagan necklace is left in her bed and Mary thought it was a gift from Bash. When she confronts him about it, she learnt it was in fact a threat from the pagans and later, a bloody stag's head is hung from her ceiling overnight all to symbolise that she is their target. Kenna becomes King Henry's official mistress, and even gets to re-decorate the royal bedroom, but Henry still has feelings for Diane.

Just briefly, I dont think know what is going on with Greer and Leith, Not like I am interesting in reviewing their romance but I just have to talk about it :) Greer should know what she wants. Moving on.

Mary and Queen Catherine interrogate the staff to try to find the pagans, or anyone with knowledge of the stalkings, but no one comes forward. Bash decides that the only way to keep Mary safe is to enter the Bloodwood with a thief from the castle's jail. Bash ties the thief up to look like he is about to sacrifice him as the pagans had asked him to--but when the pagan priest comes forward, Bash kills him instead.

As Bash and the thief ride home, the thief implies that Bash might have been a pagan as well, and Bash pushes him over a cliff in anger--presumably to his death. When Bash returns home, Francis declares that, until their marriage is finalized, he and Mary may be with others. Soon after this declaration, Francis goes to Olivia's quarters and kisses her passionately.
Mary is menaced by a hand-maid with a knife, who is revealed to be one of the pagans in the castle, along with one of Queen Catherine's guards. Both are burned at the stake on the castle lawn while Bash and his mother watch from her room.

Let me know what you think.
